Terms of Use

Acceptance

By installing or playing Orbit Stack, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Licence

• The browser build is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial play.
• The iOS app and any premium unlock grant a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to play on devices linked to your Apple ID.
• You may not redistribute the app package, assets, source, or paid unlock paths.
• Reverse-engineering or circumvention of the in-app purchase system is prohibited except where mandated by local law.

In-app purchases

• Orbit Stack sells a single one-time non-consumable unlock ("Full Orbit Unlock"). No subscriptions, no auto-renewals.
• Pricing is set by Apple's storefront tier and may differ by region.
• Purchases are processed by Apple under the standard Apple Media Services / End User Licence Agreement.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Restore the unlock through the in-app paywall RESTORE PURCHASES action; no separate account is required.

Acceptable use

• Use the app for entertainment only. Do not use it to break local laws or platform rules.
• Do not introduce malware, exploits, or attempt to disrupt other players (the app has no online multiplayer, but this clause applies to any future networked feature).
• Reasonable accessibility features (haptic mute, sound mute, font scaling) will be respected by the app.

Disclaimer

Orbit Stack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Sha Co Workshop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from gameplay, save-data loss after uninstall, or device incompatibility. Where local law forbids exclusion of implied warranties, the minimum statutory protection applies.

Changes & termination

• Gameplay balance, events, and content may change as the prototype evolves.
• We may update these terms; material changes will appear on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
• You may terminate the licence at any time by uninstalling the app. We may revoke the licence for users found to be redistributing or exploiting the IAP system.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the publisher's jurisdiction (Sha Co Workshop). Apple App Store transactions are additionally governed by Apple's standard agreements for that storefront.
