Use this page for gameplay issues, purchase / restore problems, crash reports, or general questions about the browser build and native iOS app.

- Include the platform (browser / iOS), device, and build version if known.
- For purchase issues, include the storefront and a short summary of what failed.
- For gameplay bugs, include the level or route where it happened.
In-app purchase & restore
- Orbit Stack offers a single one-time unlock ("Full Orbit Unlock"). There are no subscriptions or consumables.
- If your unlock did not appear after purchase, open the paywall again and tap RESTORE PURCHASES.
- Restore queries Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat for prior receipts on the same Apple ID.
- If restore still fails, send the order ID from your Apple receipt to info@shacoworkshop.com.
Refunds
Apple handles all refunds directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the same Apple ID used to purchase, and select the Orbit Stack order. We can advise but cannot issue store refunds on Apple's behalf.
Common fixes
- Stuck on splash: background the app, swipe it closed, relaunch. Force-restart device if needed.
- No sound: the app respects your iOS silent switch and Volume mixer; verify in Settings → Sounds.
- Save progress missing: uninstalling the app deletes local progress on purpose. Restore the unlock and replay the demo board.
- Sandbox / TestFlight purchase: sandbox accounts cannot make production purchases. Switch to your real Apple ID for real-money flow.
