Orbit Stack
Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-04-27 · Publisher Sha Co Workshop
Orbit Stack is published by Sha Co Workshop. This page explains the limited data the browser build and the native iOS app handle. We do not run ad networks, behavioural analytics, or third-party trackers in this app.
Data we handle
- Local-only game progress (campaign clears, mastery badges, daily streaks) stored in device localStorage; never transmitted
- Anonymous RevenueCat receipt token used solely to validate one-time IAP — no email, profile, or contact data collected
- Apple StoreKit transaction record (handled by Apple, not by the app)
- No analytics, no advertising IDs, no third-party trackers
Services in use
- Apple StoreKit (IAP)
- RevenueCat (receipt validation)
- Capacitor
- Phaser
Data we do NOT collect
- No personal identifiers (no name, email, phone, or postal address are required to play).
- No location data (GPS, Wi-Fi, IP-based, or otherwise).
- No contacts, photos, microphone, camera, calendar, or health data.
- No advertising identifiers (IDFA / IDFV) and no ad-network SDKs.
- No third-party analytics or behavioural tracking SDKs.
In-app purchases
Orbit Stack offers a single one-time non-consumable purchase ("Full Orbit Unlock"). Payment is processed by Apple via the App Store. We never see or store payment-card details. RevenueCat receives an anonymous receipt token from Apple to validate the unlock for your device — this token cannot be reversed into personal information.
Refunds are handled by Apple's policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Children & age rating
The app is rated 4+. We do not knowingly collect data from children. The app does not contain user-generated content, chat, social features, or external advertising. If a parent or guardian believes a child has triggered an in-app purchase, contact info@shacoworkshop.com — refunds remain available through Apple.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
- Access — ask us what (if anything) is associated with your device.
- Erasure — uninstalling the app removes all local game progress; emailing support removes any anonymous receipt log we hold.
- Portability — local progress lives in device localStorage and can be exported as JSON on request.
- Withdraw consent — there is no profiling or marketing consent to withdraw; the app simply does not collect that data.
Send any of the above requests to info@shacoworkshop.com with the subject line "Privacy request — Orbit Stack". We respond within 14 days.
Data retention
Local game progress lives on the device until you uninstall. Anonymous purchase receipts retained by RevenueCat for entitlement validation can be deleted on written request. We hold no separate copy on our own servers.
Policy changes
Material changes to this policy will be published on this page along with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after the change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
